Change Management and Co-Creation
Berlin Hyp is one of the largest German real estate and mortgage banks. We accompany the IT area “hybrid” in its change. Together with the management team, a change architecture for new roles, new structures and a new attitude is gradually emerging. We coach and accompany the executives. In face-to-face and online workshops for the entire department, we create clarity and orientation. And we awaken the desire for direct participation in this change process. We develop a co-creation process in which we reduce silos in six months and lead the entire area to a new agile collaboration.
